F. HOW A TRUST IS CREATED
A trust may be as simple or as
complicated as the Settlor desires and may be created either by oral declaration or by
written document. Subject to the relevant
laws in force there are no particular formalities for its creation. When expressed in writing (and it is almost always
in writing) the document is called a Trust Deed or Instrument of Trust.
