9. Power
to change the applicable law of an international trust
If
the terms of an international trust so provide, the applicable
law of the international trust may be changed to
or from the law of the Republic, provided that:
in the case
of a change from the law of the Republic to another law, the new applicable law would
recognise the validity of the trust and the respective interests of the beneficiaries
in the case
of a change from another law to the law of the Republic such change is recognised by the
applicable law of the trust previously in effect.
